Chicken wing | 2 piece | 200 gr |
Chicken neck | 1 piece | 125 gr |
Water | 6 cup | 1200 gr |
Salt | 2 teaspoon | 12 gr |
Leek | 1 medium size | 175 gr |
Potato | 2 medium size | 200 gr |
Celery | 1 small size | 250 gr |
Carrot | 1 medium size | 100 gr |
Turnip | 1 small size | 125 gr |
Flour | 1 tablespoon | 6 gr |
Margarine | 3 tablespoon | 30 gr |
Black Pepper | 1 teaspoon | 2 gr |
Preparation
Simmer chicken
parts in water for 30 minutes or until tender. Remove from liquid; drain. Bone
and dice. Set aside. Pare carrots and potatoes. Dice all vegetables. Saute in
melted margarine for 10 minutes, until tender, in a large saucepan, stirring
occasionally. Stir in flour and mix well. Add chicken broth and diced chicken
gradually stirring thoroughly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Simmer for 30
minutes. Serve hot.
