SOUP (Un Çorbası)
1/3
cup flour
1/3 cup butter or margarine
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp paprika or cayenne
1 tblsp vinegar
4 cups water
Melt
butter or margarine in a pot, add the flour and stir until the flour turns brownish
then add the water all at once stirring briskly so that you have a smooth liquid,
then add the vinegar, salt, paprika and the crushed garlic. Cook for five minutes
or until thickened.
Serves
4-6.
