Fried Peppers with Yoghurt Sauce

FRIED PEPPERS WITH YOGHURT SAUCE (Yoğurt Soslu Biber Kızartması)

12 long sweet peppers
1 cup yoghurt
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup salad oil

Trim the stems of the peppers, wash and dry thoroughly. Place oil in a frying pan and when the oil is very hot place the peppers and fry them evenly on all sides. After all the peppers are fried, add salt and mashed garlic to the yogurt and spread on the peppers. Serve when cooled.
