There are numerous water birds (max. 12.801) during winter and migration period.

During immigration important numbers of karabatak (max. 88), küçük ak balıkçıl (max.3200), çeltikçi (max. 590), dikkuyruk (max.1246), küçük martı (max. 41.000) and ak kanatlı sumru (max. 3000) can be observed.
